Support Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When YHC landed in GSO last night after a worktrip to Chicago, his phone was inundated with jubilant texts about the ongoing hoops game between his beloved Deacons and the school just west of Raleigh.\u00a0 Knowing that Wake does better when YHC doesn&#8217;t pay attention, YHC still decided to turn on the radio for the last five minutes of the game on the way home from the airport.\u00a0 And Wake Forest proceeded to try to wakeforest the game by nearly blowing a 26 point 2nd half lead.\u00a0 But they hung on for victory.<\/p>\n<p>YHC pulled into the parking lot at Conspiracy at about 0525 this morning and was the only one there.\u00a0 But slowly but surely the pax started to roll in and YHC was somewhat surprised to see that 50% of the pax were Tarheels.\u00a0 So we tried to give them some support this morning in the form of an old fashioned, old school, F3 bootcamp beatdown.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH Nickel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Run up the hill.<\/p>\n<p>5 alternating side lunges (each side).<\/p>\n<p>Run down the hill.<\/p>\n<p>5 trailer park merkins (double wide)<\/p>\n<p>Repeato 5x.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to soccer field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang, Part Three:\u00a0 Three Man Grinder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tarheels in one group (@Spicoli, @Burlap, @Palin).\u00a0 Deacons and Dookie in the other group (@YHC, @Frostbite, @Mutton).<\/p>\n<p>Player one stays and does called exercise.\u00a0 Players two and three run until YHC drops the deuce where player two stays and does a separate called exercise.\u00a0 Player three returns to player one and relieves him and starts doing called exercise.\u00a0 So forth and so on.\u00a0 Exercise pairings were as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Round One:\u00a0 Merkins and Sumo Squats<\/li>\n<li>Round Two:\u00a0 Carolina Dry Docks and Alternating Lunges<\/li>\n<li>Round Three:\u00a0 Makhtar N&#8217;Diayes and Monkey Humpers<\/li>\n<li>Round were working through their grief and sadness over Carolina basketball&#8217;s confounding season of ineptitude.\u00a0 Also glad that United Airlines performed its job last night so that YHC could be with you guys this morning.<\/p>\n<p>We did not go anywhere near the Intimidator today.<\/p>\n<p>The Burpee Mile was a big hit.<\/p>\n<p>Palin ran his mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Spicoli was almost on time.<\/p>\n<p>Burlap did some math.<\/p>\n<p>Frostbite was ultimately in charge.<\/p>\n<p>Mutton no longer roots for Dook as he was decked out in Clempson orange regalia.<\/p>\n<p>As Spicoli mentioned during COT, I am grateful to you guys for the push and pull and friendship.\u00a0 Thanks for being there for me.<\/p>\n<p>Your
