Climbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Q launched early so as not to get lapped by the #fastholes<\/li>\n<li>Resistor got in his warm up laps and icy hot rub down pre-run to be properly limber<\/li>\n<li>Juicebox nearly took out the Q while he was driving in and the Q was moseying out<\/li>\n<li>H.O.G. got in 3 loops as his normal warm up, so probably got in about 25 miles this morning<\/li>\n<li>There were discussions of &#8220;juice grooves&#8221; coming from BALCO and Woodpecker<\/li>\n<li>Someone laid out glow sticks at many of the turns for this mornings route, it was quickly determined that the Q could not have been responsible since it required: planning, kindness, and effort<\/li>\n<li>Resistor has a beef with Dr. Tabata, and not YHC when it comes to doing 8 sets of same exercise<\/li>\n<li>Bueller still thinks he&#8217;s in his 30&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>The Q went into &#8220;autopilot&#8221; prayer mode and tried to bless the food we were about to receive during prayer time, pax were disappointed there was no food.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a lovely day to stroll through Dear Old Wake Forest grounds and 8 other pax agreed with the Q on that point.
