6 climbers posted to a chilly Mayhem.\u00a0 After a quick warm up (5 SSH & 2 Burpees x5) and some stretching, we headed to the base of the Mountain.\u00a0 At each path marker, the Pax did 2 Brupees, 5 squats, 5 merkins, and 5 WWIIs.\u00a0 The path marker indicated the mode of transportation to the next maker.\u00a0 Glaciers and Frozen Mud was crossed sans injuries.\u00a0 At the summit, we stopped for some Asheville Abs, then began the decent.\u00a0 Omaha happened at said Glacier.\u00a0 Pax arrived at base camp to 6:15.\u00a0 Our Mathlete said there were 29 markers.<\/p>\n
