on this public forum, however the general topics ranged from traffic problems to family members to holiday travels to personal attacks on the Q (WTF?) to the practice of airing of 400\">Rotate the Head of Household and exercises<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All guests exercise AMRAP with HoH calling cadence until the HoH stops<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If HoH \u201cwins\u201d, guests take a quick run and do exercise again<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If HoH \u201closes\u201d, all guests run up the Hill to Nowhere and do 5 Burpees<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">11 PAX posted in 23 degree weather!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Do not, I repeat do NOT, challenge Rubber Ducky to a thruster competition.\u00a0 That particular LEGENDARY feat of strength will live on in infamy.\u00a0 Poor, poor Cruiser.\u00a0 It was a valiant effort, young man.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Somehow with a new baby in the household, Schlitz posted this morning!\u00a0 What\u2019s everyone else&#8217;s excuses for not posting?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10 out of the 11 PAX thoroughly enjoyed airing their grievances.\u00a0 The 1 who did not sees the world in much more of a positive light than the rest of us pessimists.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Workbench suggested going the full hour this morning because \u201cwe have nothing else to do today\u201d, but he was quickly and vehemently rebuked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This was an actual quote: \u201cVan Gogh likes the thrusters.\u00a0 You can impress him with your thrusters.\u201d\u00a0 You can\u2019t make this stuff up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you have read about the real Festivus, you\u2019ll understand this reference.\u00a0 I\u2019m going to rip down the clock on the wall and give it to Spicoli.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I think DQ got really excited when the Q mentioned Feats of Strength.\u00a0 In Frank Constanza\u2019s version, nobody is allowed to leave dinner until they pin the head of household.\u00a0 Truly sadly for DQ, Feats of Strength were modified to rock exercises.\u00a0
