Troutman<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P1 10 merkins and plank for partner<\/li>\n<li>P2 run to soccer goal 3 pull ups and return<\/li>\n<li>AMRAP for 5 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to the Intimidator<\/p>\n<p>Dora 1-2-3<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 Irkins<\/li>\n<li>200 Squats<\/li>\n<li>300 Heels to Heaven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>60 Seconds of Mary<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buyout and Booboo found us on the track<\/li>\n<li>Rich discussions of theology, mostly by Buyout, but Lamb Chop tried to contribute by talking about a John Grisham book that came out the year he was born<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;I thought we grew up!&#8221; might have been heard when YHC called Tunnel of Love<\/li>\n<li>Pax appreciated the &#8220;once every 5 years&#8221; call for the Tunnel and acted like vets<\/li>\n<li>Lots of construction going on!\u00a0 Q had to pivot when it was discovered that pull up bars were taken down<\/li>\n<li>Great effort getting up and down the various hills!<\/li>\n<li>Ziggy shared that his HR got up to 160 from this workout, guessing that&#8217;s a good thing, and a testament to his fitness.\u00a0 YHC got up to 176.<\/li>\n<li>Picnic Basket aka Tripwire observed pax faithfully from the various spot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prayer Requests<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kids at Reagan from recent gun death of a student<\/li>\n<li>Anniversary of $5 big car accident and Blue Steel motorcycle accident are upon us.\u00a0 Reminding us the stuff of life is hard, but these pax continue to overcome and move forward<\/li>\n<li>Congrats to Bueller for promotion to Lieut.
