Had a beautiful starry morning for TIT this week. Enjoyed my mosey to the AO and VG, Huck, and TO got in some actual running for EC beforehand. I am sure Wobegon was working out somewhere, but apparently missed that he was our Q for this one. \ud83d\ude04. VG suggested Crash as site Q or YHC as WD should be substi-Q, and I think we both said Yes. Then Judge VG said the WD should have \u201cright of first refusal \u201c (must be a core principle I missed \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2642\ufe0f) and away we went! \u00a0Warmed up with the usual: SSH, Imp Walkers, Whirlies, AV, Y-flies, Michael Phelps. Then to the asphalt BB court where Huck was sad he left gloves at home. First was Merkin Madness: 10 merkins at end line, bear crawl to midcourt, 9 merkins, bear crawl back, 8 merkins, etc down to 1. Similar work for legs with Lunge Lunacy: \u00a010 squat jumps at midcourt, lunge walk to other end line, 9 squat jumps, lunge back to midcourt, 8 jumps, etc, down to 1.
\nThen to playground for continuous rounds of 10 pull-ups or chin-ups, 20 merkins, 30 LBC\u2019s. Some Pax had radical idea of running a lap after each round. YHC did not pursue that line of reasoning. We all got in 5-6 rounds and headed to school wall for 1 minute of BTTW (crowdpleaser!) and 1 minute wall sit, then back to start for 8 minutes of Mary, round-robin. Frostbite led lo-flutter, Van Gogh did American Hammer, Ziggy did WWIII sit-ups, Huck gave us 3 slow-tempo merkins, Lace \u201cwarmed us up\u201d \ud83d\ude05 with more Michael Phelps before assigning 20 Parker Merkins OYO (crowd-pleaser!), Turnover led hand to opposing knee crunches, Crash did box cutters, and Dr Toot gave us lo-Dollies. All done and on time! \u00a0(BB to best of my recollection).
\nDr Toot took us out with a beautiful prayer for healing and being more aware of others\u2019 situations and to help us lead by example in all the roles we find ourselves in.
\nThere were a couple of times someone yelled \u201cWobegon, where are you?!\u201d but mostly there was iron being sharpened and work being done (and lots of huffing and puffing, esp by YHC \ud83d\ude05). Ziggy did remind me that we agreed to never do Merkin Madness again after my previous Q\u2026getting old, memory\u2019s going. If there were any complaints or MC I missed it.

My F3 friends mean so much to me, and give me more in friendship, laughter, and support than I could ever repay, but I will keep trying.
