Shultz rocking a sweet wig. \u00a0We hoped he would keep it on throughout, but alas, he&#8217;s not used to working out with hair.<\/p>\n<p>We launched out for the warmorama, do an exercise, mosey a little, etc.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH<\/li>\n<li>Squats<\/li>\n<li>Copperhead Merkin<\/li>\n<li>Mt. Climbers<\/li>\n<li>IW<\/li>\n<li>and probably something else<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Thang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pax assembled on the baseline of the tennis courts (that&#8217;s the line that not the sideline Plunger) and learned about how the Egyptians built their pyramids with BLIMPS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 Burpees<\/li>\n<li>Round the world suicides &#8211; service line &amp; back, net &amp; back\n<ul>\n<li>Facing forward<\/li>\n<li>Apollo creed<\/li>\n<li>Facing backward<\/li>\n<li>Apollo creed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>5 Burpees + 10 Lunges (each leg)<\/li>\n<li>Round the world<\/li>\n<li>5 B + 10 L + 15 IW<\/li>\n<li>Round the world<\/li>\n<li>5 B + 10 L + 15 IW + 20 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Round the world<\/li>\n<li>5 B + 10 L + 15 IW + 20 M + 25 Plank Jacks<\/li>\n<li>Round the world<\/li>\n<li>5 B + 10 L + 15 IW + 20 M + 25 P + 30 Squats<\/li>\n<li>Round the world<\/li>\n<li>Go back down the pyramid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Needless to say, this was both a crowd pleaser and took a minute. \u00a0Pax put in great effort and had nothing but gratitude and kind words for the Q during this exercise.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey back to parking lot and stop for some fly fishing with Del Browns!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Crab walk to middle<\/li>\n<li>10 Diamond Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Crab walk to end<\/li>\n<li>10 Merkns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey back for a full 6 MoM<\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kotters to Cardiac Arrest!<\/li>\n<li>Qfail &#8211; YHC forgot to reserve tennis courts with city, thankfully pax were able to scare off most of the potential players (that and the wet courts) \u00a0Although didn&#8217;t succeed on Flying EH of #sadclown player practicing his serve<\/li>\n<li>Crab Walks are Splash&#8217;s kryptonite &amp; El Guapo. \u00a0This is good intel since he&#8217;s tough to slow down.<\/li>\n<li>There was a definite difference in the pace of the two courts pax spread out over.
