Since I’m finally getting around to posting this……here’s what I can recall:<\/p>\n
I was planning to attend the VQ of Hansel, but at 10 pm the night before my ride to WIB, Adobe, texted me “Ummmm. I just saw something on slack. You have the Q at Distillery.” Cue the panic and thoughts of, let’s just audible and converge at WIB. I didn’t want to let down the Distillery regulars, so I came up with something new. Call it an experiment at Cruiser’s Laboratory.<\/p>\n
Before we started 60 minutes and Harden took off for a run (training for an upcoming relay)<\/p>\n
Warm-a-rama: The usual with a little extra stretching in attempt to waste some time. (I had no idea how long this new experiment will take)<\/p>\n
Mosey to get blocks and meet at one end of the parking lot.<\/p>\n
The Thang: Each person must complete the following<\/p>\n
-50 OH press<\/p>\n
-100 Merkins<\/p>\n
-150 WWII<\/p>\n
-200 squats<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Every 2 minutes run to the end of the parking lot and back.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
If you finish early, join another PAX and add your total reps to theirs.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Turns out the timing was perfect. We had just enough time to put the blocks back and no time for Mary.<\/p>\n
COT: no spoken prayer requests, Adobe has the Distillery Q in his calendar for next week.<\/p>\n
Mumble chatter was at a minimum. No one liked 150 WWII. That took the longest. All Pax were on their top game and everyone finished within 1 round of each other.<\/p>\n
