run a lap stopping at each bench (4 of them) for 25 dips.\u00a0 goal was 4 laps.\u00a0 the kicker………at the corner of the track is a steep paved path back up to the school – crawl bear up the path, perform 5 burpees, and run back down the hill to the track for the next lap.<\/p>\n
that was it.\u00a0 Some finished it all, some didnt.\u00a0 But one mile, 400 dips, 20 burpees, and 4 crawl bears up a steep hill<\/p>\n

I did not hear anyone speak during the workout – so I assume everyone was smiling and happy<\/p>\n
when we got back to the start, several pax were just laying on the pavement = success<\/p>\n
Zima tried to wave goodbye at the end but couldnt lift his arm up.<\/p>\n
