down by the crick, botherin&#8217; old man Johnson at the five and dime, or trying to get a free refill from the soda jerk at pharmacy lunch counter)<\/p>\n<p>More pax strolled in, not many at first, causing DQ to wonder what the Q had done to run people off.\u00a0 Eventually, a healthy crowd arrived, even if a couple were after SSH&#8217;s had commenced!<\/p>\n<p>Tunes were cranked up and we got started!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warmorama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the usual festivities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Thang<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11&#8217;s at the bench &#8211; 10 dips and 1 step up (yes Boomerang, both sides), then 9 and 2, 8 &amp; 3, &#8230;.<\/li>\n<li>Saunter to wall near coupons<\/li>\n<li>Peoples chair for 1 minute then LBC<\/li>\n<li>PC for 1 minute then low flutter<\/li>\n<li>PC for 1 minute then Freddie Merc&#8217;s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tabata Time!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Round 1 Curls<\/li>\n<li>Round 2 Chest Press<\/li>\n<li>Round 3 Squats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lunge walk back to parking lot<\/p>\n<p><strong>6 Minutes of Mary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mutton Crunch<\/li>\n<li>Peter Parker<\/li>\n<li>Hip Bridge<\/li>\n<li>American Hammer<\/li>\n<li>Maybe something else<\/li>\n<li>Plank until time is up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It was a lovely cross section of pax, new and old, younger and older, WeFoco and East Side<\/li>\n<li>Stories of the big golf showdown were regaled by DQ<\/li>\n<li>Root Canal is getting better everyday (physically, there&#8217;s no hope for mental improvement)<\/li>\n<li>Adobe enjoyed Tabata time<\/li>\n<li>School buses were heading out and they were loud<\/li>\n<li>Tunes helped cover the misery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Announcements\/Prayers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calling all thespians!\u00a0 DQ put out an event for any pax who wants to audition for short plays coming up.\u00a0 &#8220;Try outs&#8221;
