The Smiley\u2019s sprint triathlon to be exact. (it is July 24<sup>th<\/sup> in Clemmons and signups are open for a little while longer .. get registered today!). A triathlon consists of three exercises competed in immediate succession. Swim, Bike, and Run. In that order.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It went down like this:<\/p>\n<p>WARMORAMA<\/p>\n<p>Windmills x5 IC<\/p>\n<p>Imperial Walkers x 15 IC<\/p>\n<p>SSH x15 IC<\/p>\n<p>Burpees x5 OYO<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THE THANG\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 Training for a triathlon (swim, bike, run)<\/p>\n<p>20x Superman (arms and legs, double count), 20x Freddie Mercury (double count), run around the elementary school (~1mi).<\/p>\n<p>Mix in some strength training for good measure (using cinder block):<\/p>\n<p>20x Curls, 20x Skull Crushers, 20x Kettlebell Swings<\/p>\n<p>Then again, 20x Curls, 20x Skull Crushers, 20x Kettlebell Swings<\/p>\n<p>Then another triathlon: 20x Superman (arms and legs, double count), 20x Freddie Mercury (double count), run around the elementary school (~1mi).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MARY by committee:<\/p>\n<p>Peter Parker <u>and<\/u> Parker Peter<\/p>\n<p>Alabama Prom date<\/p>\n<p>Low Flutter<\/p>\n<p>Freddie Mercury<\/p>\n<p>Penguin Crunch<\/p>\n<p>American Hammer<\/p>\n<p>Mutton crunch<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>COT<\/p>\n<p>Announcements: Smiley\u2019s Triathlon is a sprint triathlon (fairly short) and is July 24<sup>th<\/sup> at Clemmon\u2019s West pool. There is a kids version the day before. Register if you can.
