Dominoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over the weekend, YHC was thinking through what to pull out from the archives for the fine pax of #TheIronThrone.\u00a0 Nothing really seemed to fit or seem that fun or interesting.\u00a0 So, YHC decided we would try something completely different and come up with a new framework for our Monday morning workout.\u00a0 Not sure if it worked or not, but everyone did seem to get a sufficient workout in and all three Fs were on display.\u00a0 @Crash made several guesses as to what YHC had in his bag of tricks this morning and came close with a couple of them (tiles, scrabble tiles, etc) but, alas, it was dominoes in the bag.\u00a0 A double 12 set in fact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivators x7 (SSH x7, Half SSH x7, Just the legs SSH x7, Hops x7, then same thing for 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 1)<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Walkers x15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Abe Vigoda x10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Whirly Has The Clap x10 IC<\/li>\n<li>Arm Swirly Things, Forward x10 IC, hold it<\/li>\n<li>Arm Swirly Things, Reverse x10 IC, hold it<\/li>\n<li>Overhead Claps x10 IC, hold it<\/li>\n<li>Seal Claps x10 IC, hold it<\/li>\n<li>Moroccan Night Clubs x10 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to cinder blocks and grab one and circle up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang:\u00a0 Shakin&#8217; Dominoes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each pax grab 5 dominoes out of the bag.\u00a0 Highest double starts the game (@GreenAcres with a double 12).\u00a0 Pax call two exercises.\u00a0 One for each section of the domino they are playing.\u00a0 So, for instance, @GreenAcres called 12 curls and 12 skull crushers which the pax performed OYO.\u00a0 Then next up had to play dominoes from his pile, picking up where the last pax left off (so, for instance, YHC called 12 skull crushers and 1 jump squat while playing the 12-1 off @GreenAcres&#8217; initial play.\u00a0 Play rotated around the circle with pax calling two exercises each as they played their dominoes.\u00a0 If the pax didn&#8217;t have an appropriate domino to play, they had to run to the basketball court and draw another domino while the rest of the pax either performed burpees or SSH.\u00a0 If the ends of the domino train added up to a multiple of 5, that pax scored that many points and all pax performed 5 burpees.\u00a0 We made it around two full rounds.\u00a0 Only had two pax have to run (@Lace and @GreenAcres) and had multiple pax score points so there were a plethora of burpees performed this morning.\u00a0 Sometimes on top of blockees which had been called.<\/p>\n<p>It might have been the oxygen deprivation, but we all had a little trouble keeping the exercises straight since there were 4 available exercises live at any point in the game.\u00a0 May have to add a cheat sheet or whiteboard or something if we pull this one out again.<\/p>\n<p>Let us know in the comments if you think we should try this one again sometime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COT\/BOM:\u00a0<\/strong> YHC took us out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FIN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>@Tonka brought his little brother James out as an FNG.\u00a0 It was a bit confusing because James was completely decked out in F3 gear.\u00a0 We ended up naming him @HotWheels after considerable debate.<\/p>\n<p>Several pax had never played dominoes before.\u00a0 Now they have.<\/p>\n<p>@Boomerang mentioned that we should share this workout with @Spamalot now that he is down at the Villages in Florida and those folks like to play dominoes.<\/p>\n<p>An excellent group of pax this morning to help get the week started right.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the playlist:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pass the Mic &#8211;
