YHC brought back an abysmal beatdown from a VI about a year and a half ago (that I repeated from the Outhouse prior #RIP)…Schneider was the only repeat offender this morning. On its own it would be devilishly difficult, but an added caveat of 5 merkins after every exercise really adds up quick. Lots of dead arms leaving the parking lot today.<\/p>\n

As soon as pax 1 takes off, pax 2 does 5 merkins and runs to first, etc. The goal is to catch the pax in front of you – we made it 2 laps until Sea-Man caught YHC. Punishment for getting caught: everyone does 5 burpees.<\/p>\n

The Launchpad returns next week, & Transcript is on Q! Honey Badger will have his final Q in F3WS at Flatline next Tuesday. As of this morning no one had signed up to Q Parliament, and we witnessed the wheels begin to turn in Sea-Man’s head.<\/p>\n
