So, I kept the planning simple.\u00a0 Wish the outcome of the game had been better than the outcome of the workout. Guess both could be considered bad, but I enjoyed the time this morning far more.\u00a0 It went like this:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A perfectly designed rectangle, a total of exactly 1 mile in distance. 4 stops along the way:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Front of Benton Convention Center<\/li>\n<li>Central Library parking deck entrance<\/li>\n<li>Garner Goods parking lot<\/li>\n<li>First Pres. parking lot<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>At each stop:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>15 Heels to Heaven<\/li>\n<li>20 LBCs<\/li>\n<li>25 Carolina Dry Docks<\/li>\n<li>30 Squats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We ended up with two rounds, almost to the minute.<\/p>\n<p>Along the way, we learned that you should not watch <em>Jackass 4.5<\/em> with your wife. Or kids. Or probably anyone.\u00a0 Thanks for the pro-tip, Lambchop. Plexiglass, ping-pong and poor decisions.
