View.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Run up Pilot View and each time an intersection is crossed, perform the following exercises:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">West End Blvd: <\/span><b>10 Burpees<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Carolina Ave: <\/span><b>25 WWIIs<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jersey Ave: <\/span><b>10 WMDs<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Summit St: <\/span><b>25 Iron Mikes<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Broad St: <\/span><b>50 Heels to Heaven<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Run back down Pilot View, repeating the exercises.\u00a0 At the bottom, after completing the burpees, do <\/span><b>Mountain Climbers <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for the six.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Round 1: West End to Carolina to West End<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Round 2: West End, Carolina, Jersey, Carolina, West End<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Round 3: West End, Carolina, Jersey, Summit, Jersey, Carolina, West End<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Round 4: West End, Carolina, Jersey, Summit, Broad, run back down<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>DONE.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>RANDOM THOUGHTS FROM ZIMA:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lamb Chop dances funny.\u00a0 He calls it Iron Mikes, but go ahead and watch him next time.\u00a0 The sunrise presented the perfect backdrop as he was silhouetted on the crest of Pilot View at Summit while hopping around.\u00a0 That dose of entertainment was much more pleasant than the suck of running up PV.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I feel bad for Red Baron, Cherry Pie, and Greenspan (all were bored and not fatigued in the least).\u00a0 I intentionally held them back while I was sucking wind by not telling them what was next and making them wait at the bottom of Pilot View.\u00a0 If I hadn\u2019t done that, I\u2019m convinced they could have fully finished the workout AND more.\u00a0 You\u2019ve heard it before and you\u2019ll hear it again \u2013 they dominated the beatdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In related news, the group completed 3 full rounds, made it to all of the way up on round #4, but then due to time constraints, had to redline it back to the launch spot without stopping for exercises.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ponch, visiting from Lake Norman, is a beast.\u00a0 I mean an actual beast.\u00a0 He\u2019s about 7\u20193\u201d and rocks at least 375lbs of muscle.\u00a0 This dude packed on his weight vest that tipped the scales at the poundage of multiple small children for the ENTIRE workout.\u00a0 Read that again.\u00a0 He wore it for 4 trips UP Pilot View plus a mini warmup on the Intimidator.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Palin talked a lot and tried to explain Thistle counting to the visitor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Schlitz thinks he needs a new neighbor.\u00a0 Factoid: Palin is his neighbor who clown car\u2019ed with him.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I tried to ask Spittoon a question a few times, but each time I looked up from my exercises, he was gone.\u00a0 Either he was gliding up PV or he was purposely hiding from me (highly probable).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mutton is setting himself up for a nice payday by talking shop with Palin.\u00a0 With all the money Palin is going to owe him, he\u2019s going to be able to get frequent steroid shots in his knee from BALCO and they\u2019ll both be sailing on new yachts soon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The brain trust (and I use that term very loosely) of Lamb Chop and Cherry Pie (henceforth shall be known as \u201ca full meal\u201d) have submitted a request to retire this workout (3rd time&#8217;s a charm).\u00a0 The Q has passed along the request to upper management.\u00a0 It will be considered and a response will be given at management\u2019s convenience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Just to give an idea of how strong this group was, at almost every intersection (but not WWIIs because let\u2019s be real), I was the SIX and damn proud of it.\u00a0 The boys turned it on!!\u00a0 They didn\u2019t get up for easy.\u00a0 No softies.\u00a0 No quitters.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>ANNOUNCEMENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Shmed
