After visiting the frozen tundra of the North, also known as Pittsburgh, where it never got above 28 degrees (and its freaking March people) and snowed the whole time (it was 60 in Winston…), I decided to embark on a journey of spelling a few words I knew our PAX would enjoy.<\/p>\n
The Thang<\/p>\n
Mosey to Corpening Plaza. Here we spelled the word FROZEN.<\/p>\n
At each corner, complete the following exercises.<\/p>\n
First 5 Burpees, 10 Lt. Dans, 15 Merkinz, 20 Heels to Heaven<\/p>\n
Lunge walk to next corner, and repeto. Do this 6 times. “Wait” you exclaim, and by you, I mean Bevo, “How does that spell FROZEN”. Well Bevo, after being inspired at the Andy Warhol museum in Pittsburgh, and learning from his Picasso impressionist phase, we went a little Avant-garde. (F)irst exercise Bu(R)pee, 1(0), Merkin(Z), Heav(EN). There you have it.<\/p>\n
Then I wanted to check out a new spot. So we mosied over to God’s Acre to visit a SPOOKY grave yard. Here we decided to spell the word SPOOKY! 20 Wall Ups, 20 Derkins, 20 Merkins, 20 Irkins. I will leave it to you to figure out the spelling.<\/p>\n
Mosey back to Corpening Plaza. Here we did 10 RL and 10 LL Step Ups, 15 Box Jumps, 20 Squats, 10 RL and LL Lunges. Then we did a Dr. Toot Special of Dips, Derkins, Peter Parkers, Mike Tysons, repetoed twice with Merkins and Irkins interchanged.<\/p>\n
Then we mosied back to the parking lot for Mary.<\/p>\n
15 Low Flutter. 15 Bicycle, 15 Low Dolly. Then Hucks 3 Merkins.<\/p>\n

We had a big crew out this morning. Much was made of how we covered too many miles. Many were confused about how to do Wall Ups. But overall, the PAX did a bang up job and dominated.<\/p>\n
