the gumslapping started immediately when palin got out of his crooked car.\u00a0 lamb chop happily joined in.\u00a0 cheesesteak added some color commentary.\u00a0 drip smiled.\u00a0 there was some confusion as to who was q\u2019ing, so being the well prepared leader that i am, i stepped up and made something up on the fly.\u00a0 we did some exercises to warm up, but nobody counted or cared, so we took a mini lap around the parking lot instead to see if drip\u2019s car was crooked.\u00a0 it was not, but he does need to amazon prime some new duracell aa batteries to increase the range of his electric vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

clover-carolina intersection: hillbillies x 5, run back down and do abs<\/span><\/p>\n

hillbillies x10, hr clap merkins x10, run back down and do abs<\/span><\/p>\n

hillbillies x15, hr clap merkins x15, knee-to-ground iron mikes x15, run back down and do abs<\/span><\/p>\n

hillbillies x20, hr clap merkins x20, knee-to-ground iron mikes x20, burpees x20, run back down and do abs<\/span><\/p>\n

the pax who were out in front were supposed to do 5 burpees after the abs and then catch the other pax running up clover.\u00a0 must like the overall workout itself, they ignored this part of the instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the pax requested to tour more of the area so even though the pax were disrespectful towards the substitute, the q respected their wishes and for the second set, we went up to glade view court instead of stopping at carolina.\u00a0 the exercises were imperial storm troopers, ranger merkins, bobby hurleys, and star burpees.<\/span><\/p>\n

neither the exercises, the reps, nor the cadence mattered much as the pax were more interested in conversing than working out.\u00a0 but hey, everyone shows up for different reasons, right?<\/span><\/p>\n
