This got YHC feeling a little nostalgic, so the old CULT working from Distillery was found. https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2020\/01\/f3-is-not-a-cult\/<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then YHC thought about the old Mayhem launch point, and decided these two things could be combined!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And the result was fun, challenging if you wanted it to be, and perfectly timed!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Warm-o-rama<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mission Statement \/ Core Principles<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SSH x 20 IC<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IST x 15 IC<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shoulderama x 10 x 5 IC<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mosey to old AO launch point at Meadowlark elementary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The Thang<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mosey to Entrance Rock pile<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab a rock, carry to the playground<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C-U-L-T (F3 is not a cult):\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curls x 25, 20, 15, 10, 5\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urkins (aka uneven irken) x 25, 20, 15, 10, 5\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Low Flutter x 25, 20, 15, 10, 5\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thrusters x 25, 20, 15, 10, 5\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After each round Run a lap and do Pull-ups x 10 OYO<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repeato w\/decreasing reps.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An extra 5 Urkins were added to even out the reps per side<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A bonus 10 pull-ups were added after the 10 rep round, simply because time was running low and we were going to skip our last lap.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Mary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zima les PAX back while YHC picked up the 6.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon arrival, PAX were doing burpees<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">American Hammers x 15 IC<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Thistle x 11 Merkins<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fin!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>COT<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YHC took us out giving thanks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NMM<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A great group of men, many of whom remember life before Jamison Park when Mayhem launched from Meadowlark.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new traffic flow changes at the schools seemed simple, yet efficient\u2026 if only they\u2019d finish the dang road!!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spam HCed in the even that YHC would be absent, but he came any and stayed after seeing YHC arrive! It\u2019s been a busy year for Spam, he started this might be his first weekday post of the year\u2026 was nice to catch up, and YHC knows he\u2019ll be greatly missed within our group after his move to Florida\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zima didn\u2019t like my spelling of Irkin with a U, but little did he know it stood for Uneven Irkins (because we had one hand on our rock). He later suggested we could have done pull-UPs but that just makes too much sense.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Root Canal refused to do Cherry Pies during warmorama, thinking YHC was going to kill the PAX\u2026 that made me smile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We all agreed that Thrusters suck.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YHC heard Workbench comment that he doesn\u2019t know if he\u2019s made for long distance running anymore\u2026 I disagree!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spam doubted YHCs timing skills, but we got it all done!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Litterbox was given Kotters, and showed us that he has still got it. We talked about his travels last year and an upcoming trip this year to the West coast.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two new pax, Adobe and Subfloor, enjoyed the CULT reference since they just went through the whole adjustment phase, learning about our abbreviations and nicknames.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DQ admitted that was a sanely difficult workout at the end.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the workout, we all took turns saying \u201cONE OF US\u201d and joking about our cultish ways for not being a cult.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks for the keys Workbench! An honor to lead, and a pleasure to be around such fine men.
