It was recently “brought to my attention” that a dash pax has gone astray and has joined dark side of planet fitness.\u00a0 He is enjoying the stable indoor temps, plethora of weights, padded floors, tvs, juice bar, and free pizza.\u00a0 When yhc saw that he had the Q for WIB, I had a desire to find our lost sheep.\u00a0 As with the parable in Matthew 18: 10-14, the pax\/shepherds set off to find him. So WIB was outside Planet Fitness in Clemmons.<\/p>\n
0526 – 11 pax, stretching, looking for his car, curious if our sheep would show up – either to WIB or the comfortable, judgement free zone of Planet Fitness<\/p>\n
0528 – a lady walks by and sarcastically says “thanks for inviting me”\u00a0 – I guess the judgement free zone is only inside the gym<\/p>\n
0529 – the\u00a0 quiet stretching ends as Palin strolls up wearing this spartan headband and ultra penny<\/p>\n
0530 – warm o rama without our lost sheep – SSH, Ave V, Whirly with clap, monkey humpers<\/p>\n
the workout – in honor of the parable –<\/p>\n
Run around the planet fitness building, stopping at 3 stations (abs, arms, legs)<\/p>\n
station 1 – 18 of each exercise – low flutter, low dolly, gas pumps<\/p>\n
station 2 – 10 of each exercise – divebombers, crucible merkins, ranger merkins<\/p>\n
station 3 – 14 of each exercise – squats, apollo ono, rocking chair lunges<\/p>\n
get in as many laps as possible, looking for our lost pax.<\/p>\n
0615 – time…….<\/p>\n
announcements – the pax are missing Turnover, blood drive, pax come to VI and support (every Monday there is an EC run from VI)<\/p>\n

YHC took us out.<\/p>\n

palin rocked the spartan ultra penny and yelled ultra on your left all morning<\/p>\n
the pax declared the back of planet fitness as a “judgement welcome” zone – and there was alot of it being passed around<\/p>\n
we had F3 magnets and stickers to put all over our lost sheep’s car<\/p>\n
yhc was informed that there are more than one planet fitness in WS……whoops…..well, more WIBs for me to Q!<\/p>\n

it was a pleasure to lead this group and in reality…….it is not a bad AO.\u00a0 plenty of benches, stairs, and obstacles to use.\u00a0 just beware of the pent up judgement from the gym members as they exit<\/p>\n
