12 hand release merkins at cone 1.\u00a0 bear crawl DB drill to cone 2 for 2 divebombers.\u00a0 mosey back to cone 1 and repeat with 10 hand release merkins and 4 divebombers.\u00a0 continue till 2 merkins and 12 divebombers.<\/p>\n
round 2 – same format but 12 LBC at cone 1.\u00a0 AND crab walk DB drill to cone 2 for 2 crabcakes.\u00a0 continue to completed<\/p>\n
