6 pax plus the Q made their way to Clemmons (for some this was a 2 min drive, others drove for days) for The Distillery.\u00a0 YHC celebrated a Dday last week and officially became an aye.\u00a0 this workout was based on what i know about being 40.\u00a0 its half way to 80 and i need to think about different modes of transportation (fall risk according to some other pax).<\/p>\n
0530 – mission and warm o rama<\/p>\n

the F1 portion –<\/p>\n
3 cones were set across the parking lot.\u00a0 everyone grabbed a cinderblock and lined up at cone 1.\u00a0 workout was simple – there was a list of 10 exercises, do 40 reps of exercise 1 at cone 1, then “transport” to the next cone for an additional 40 reps.\u00a0 “transport” back and move on to exercise 2.<\/p>\n
exercises we completed – squats, apollo ono, pulse lunge, block jumps, curls, overhead press, curl press (didnt get any further)<\/p>\n
“transport” – roll the die to determine how we moved between the cones – 1-3 to cone 2; 4-6 to cone 3 (much farther away)<\/p>\n
1 – bear crawl block push<\/p>\n
2 – murder bunny<\/p>\n
3 – resurrection bunny<\/p>\n
4 – rifle carry<\/p>\n
5 – farmer carry right hand<\/p>\n
6 – farmer carry left hand<\/p>\n
in summary – 80 reps of all the exercises and all modes of transport were used<\/p>\n
612 – put blocks away<\/p>\n
mary – LBC and Hucks 3 merkins<\/p>\n
announcements – give blood<\/p>\n
prayers – Giles, San Rohan (colleague of Drip in ICU), Burns brother in law who may move to area<\/p>\n

the reps added up and the transportation was not fun.<\/p>\n
