11 Pax braved the cold in downtown WS for Flatline on 12\/14\/21.\u00a0 After a bit of WOR, the q kept the pace brisk and pax mostly happy.\u00a0 Some poor cadence counting by YHC was bolstered by Dr. Toot who gave real time feedback.<\/p>\n
A bargain was struck: Given the Geminid meteor shower going on that morning, every shooting star would not result in a wish, but a burpee.\u00a0 One additional burpee would be added for each shooting star witnessed.\u00a0 We did not require witness testimony, it was pax honor.\u00a0 The downtown light pollution did us a solid.<\/p>\n

Mosey to first stop – Old BBT building (along 2nd street)<\/p>\n
15 each x 2 sets, irkins, merkins, dips<\/p>\n

Mosey to second stop – Forsyth County Gov Building (all the way down 2nd)<\/p>\n
Using brick lines in the plaza out front we bear crawled to one line, lung walked to second and then turned back, repeato for 4 x.\u00a0 A cardboard cutout of a lady was noticed and determined to be a bit creepy.<\/p>\n

Mosey to third stop – Coal Pit at Bailey Power (Chestnut, right on 4th, left on Patterson, left into coal pit)<\/p>\n
Dodge the guy setting up a sign, then partner up<\/p>\n
One partner runs a circuit up the steps, out to 4th street turn left, left on Patterson, left into the coal pit<\/p>\n
The other partner did either a wall squat hold, arms out hold, or plank during the run.\u00a0 Everybody ran three times and held for three times.<\/p>\n
1st shooting star! 1 Burpee.<\/p>\n

Mosey to fourth stop – Train Trestle over 5th<\/p>\n
Partner up again, one group sprints (term used loosely) to parking garage wall, to do 10 Mike Tysons the other group does pull ups.<\/p>\n
2nd shooting star (witnessed by Huck from inside the parking deck, amazing!) 2 Burpees.<\/p>\n

Mosey to fifth stop – Bus Station (up 5th street)<\/p>\n
Queue the uphill grumbling along 5th street, arrive at destination.<\/p>\n
Right and left step ups on the concrete bench, nominally 15 each leg x 2- sets, but we had to Omaha back to start due to time.<\/p>\n

Mosey back to parking lot (the start, up 5th, left on Cherry)<\/p>\n
Brief Mary, mutiny to merkins, 3rd shoot star! (much grumbling) 3 burpees.\u00a0 Fin.<\/p>\n
Prayers offered up for Lambchop who along with his wife are is doing IVF and also for Burns who’s in the midst of a move and a busy time.<\/p>\n
