Troopers (special request for our visitor)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>BEATDOWN.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mosey to the bottom of Pilot View.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 Burpees for Cherry Pie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 Burpees for Boo Boo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Run up Pilot View and each time an intersection is crossed, perform the following exercises:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">West End Blvd: <\/span><b>10 Burpees<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Carolina Ave: <\/span><b>25 Crunchy Frogs<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jersey Ave: <\/span><b>10 WMDs<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Summit St: <\/span><b>25 Squats<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Broad St: <\/span><b>50 WWII<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Note: When reaching an intersection, do <\/span><\/i><b><i>Mountain Climbers <\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for the six.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Run down Pilot View and complete the same exercises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On each subsequent trip up Pilot View, turn around at one lower intersection (i.e. on Round #2, only go up to Carolina).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Since there was a little extra time, we began the process again on Brookstown, but only got in a few Burpees, Crunchy Frogs, and WMDs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>DONE.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>EXERCISE TOTALS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span 400\">WWIIs: 50<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>THE Q\u2019S THOUGHTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Root Canal is a gift to humanity.\u00a0 That man is a true gem.\u00a0 We, not just F3WS, are all better people because he allows us to join him.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cherry Pie was there.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hanger (visitor from Lenoir) was a little stunned at the amount of sheer vitriol thrown at the Q.\u00a0 When asked what the difference was between F3 Lenoir and F3 Winston-Salem, he said that \u201cnot everyone in Lenoir hates the Q\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I don\u2019t want to hear any bitching out of any of the PAX who showed up this morning.\u00a0 7 out of 8 of us knew exactly what we were getting into.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spicoli showed up without his nasty headgear.\u00a0 Maybe that\u2019s what has been making him late all these years.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I don\u2019t know if it was the self-proclaimed \u201cquarter squats\u201d or if Palin is just in that good of shape, but he seemed to be flying through the exercises and up the hill.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Although there was some mist and maybe a small drop of rain or two in the air, the weather cooperated much better this morning than the last time we did this workout (The Deluge).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Palin admitted out loud this morning for everyone to hear that Zima is more evolved than him.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Root Canal was the War Daddy.\u00a0 Root Canal was on his second workout of the day.\u00a0 Root Canal was on time.\u00a0 Root Canal did not complain.\u00a0 Root Canal did all of the called exercises with the proper form.\u00a0 Root Canal was not the six.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hanger asked that we not do any more burpees.\u00a0 The Q ignored the request.\u00a0 Then Hanger proceeded to dominate the burpees.\u00a0 I\u2019m confused.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After commanding her servant to pick up her droppings, Picnic Basket had just about enough of the workout and started doing Body Destroyers, so we ended.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spicoli has been working out with Cheesesteak too much because he pretty much does whatever the hell exercise he feels like.\u00a0 Whatever they were though, he seemed to be working hard.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A disrespectful Respect chastised the PAX and told them to \u201cAlways respect the Q\u201d.\u00a0 That\u2019s pretty ironic.\u00a0 I guess it doesn\u2019t include being respectful enough to your brothers to show up on time?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Is it more disrespectful for the Q to run off and leave the group or the group to run off and leave the Q?\u00a0 Please debate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Palin, just a hint.\u00a0 If you stopped talking for just a minute, maybe you wouldn\u2019t have to #ThistleCount all the time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Boo Boo constantly puts in the effort at each workout, but I\u2019m convinced he really only comes for the 2nd F.\u00a0 He chit chats the ENTIRE time, no matter the exercise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Don\u2019t Q it if you can\u2019t do it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once Drip finally decided to show up, he cheated.\u00a0 It\u2019s not fair when you can set a bionic knee to do all the work for you.\u00a0 Using the power of the knee brace, he glided up Pilot View with the \u201cDrip Grin\u201d ever present on his face.\u00a0 Not sure what Mr. Merkin himself\u2019s excuse was on the WMD form though.\u00a0 In typical fashion though, after suffering through the entire beatdown, he seemed to glow more at the end.\u00a0 What a sadistic bastard.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cherry Pie needs to go find harder workouts to attend.\u00a0 The man breezed through the entire beatdown seemingly without breaking a sweat, although he might have also been trying to get away from a certain constant mumbling member of the PAX.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Root Canal wants to know what \u2018Facechat\u2019 is.\u00a0 So do we, Root Canal.\u00a0 So do we.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>ANNOUNCEMENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Everyone cares deeply about Wake Forest
