Then we mosied over to the rock pile. I got the smallest rock I could find while everyone else found rocks at least twice the size of mine. It was then that I knew I was working out with an intense crew of fit dudes. We did Tabatta. 1 minute on, 20 seconds off. Targeted 4 different body parts, and did 4 sets within each body part target, for a total of 16 rounds.<\/p>\n
Shoulders: Skull crushers, Press Ups, Rock Swings, Head Shoulders and Knees<\/p>\n
Legs: Squats, Lunges, Lt. Dan, Side Lunges<\/p>\n
Abs: Russian Twist, WWII, LBC, Freddy Merc,<\/p>\n
Miscellaneous: Blockies, Fast Feet, On your Back Press Ups, and one other things I forget.<\/p>\n
Throw the rocks back and mosey back to start for Mary.<\/p>\n
10 Mutton Crunch each side, Penguin Crunch, Huckleberry Merkins, Box Cutter, and something else I forget.<\/p>\n
