MS and CP to start (with a little help from my friend VG), then the warmarama with SSH, ImpWalkerz, AV, Whirlies, big Arm Swirlies, MPhelps, Y Flies, then over to the top of entryway hill. Partner Dora work for 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBC\u2019s, partner runs down to road and back while waiting for Lace to hopefully not run over any of the Pax. \u00a0Still no Lace, but it\u2019s time for Wall Ball Crawl! \u00a0(Can\u2019t believe you missed this Greenspan!). Pax killed it, hand walking the entire ball field wall. Then up to the playground. Partner maxes out on pull-ups while other guy does SSH that don\u2019t count, until pair gets to 60 pull-ups. Lace arrives! \u00a0Then merkins to 120 for the pair while partner does SSH that don\u2019t count. Then squats to 150 for the pair and LBC\u2019s that didn\u2019t count. Then to the little basketball court. \u00a010 merkins, bear crawl end line to end line, 10 more merkins. Skybridge made it look so easy we decided we better do that again, so repeato! \u00a0Time for Mary so back to Start for Low Flutter IC 30, Mutton Crunch IC 15 ea side, Low Dolly IC 20, then plank to wait for 3 Huckleberry Merkins, back to plank and \u2026Fin.
\nPax had no problem with this attempted beatdown. Great group of strong HIM\u2019s. Burns, Turnover, and Bevo ran 3 miles beforehand (then Bevo went home to lift with his M\u2026weights I think\u2026lift the kids? \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2642\ufe0f). The Q was usually the 6.
