gravy&#8230;the opportunity was too hard to pass up.\u00a0 Cherry Pie broke email protocol in an effort to stir up some regulars from years past (the effort failed&#8230;names will not be mentioned Vig, Cheerio, Glazer, Swiss Miss, Goose, Cobra, Bueller, etc, etc.).\u00a0 Upon arrival, time 6:57, a lone pax (young Lamb Chop no less) stood at the ready.\u00a0 As the clock reached launch hour, another single car arrived and Drip emerged&#8230;yhc decided to do something completely out of character and begin with an extended stretchy stretch (Root Canal terminology)&#8230;sure enough, by 7:08 an additional three pax had arrived, the last of which was Mr. Spicoli (surprise, surprise, surprise!).\u00a0 Mutton quietly slipped in somewhere in between.\u00a0 The pace of the morning was intentionally moderate and when the mosey became TOO mosey&#8217;ish, the Q provided a few &#8220;words of encouragement&#8221;.\u00a0 Yet, despite the consistent exchange of pleasantries among the pax, the decibel level never reached the heightened shrill often experienced on Saturday mornings.\u00a0 After a period of reflection and somewhere mid-beatdown, Drip, in a moment of clarity, pointed out the absence of PALIN.\u00a0 As if discovering a blissful new world, the pax was awakened to the relative serenity and absolute calm.\u00a0 Who knew that the absence of our rather loud friend would make such a difference?!\u00a0 Over the course of the remaining time a pax would occasionally chime in&#8230;.&#8221;If Palin were here&#8230;.&#8221;\u00a0 If he only had been!<\/p>\n<p>In truth, Palin was dearly missed.\u00a0 The morning was quiet and completely without incident&#8230;fun, but not as fun as it could have been.<\/p>\n<p>The morning went something like this:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stretchy Stretch<\/li>\n<li>Side Straddle Hop<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Storm Troopers<\/li>\n<li>Hill Billy&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>10 Merkins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Intimidator<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 Derkins \/ run to 1st stop sign \/ 40 double count Freddy Mercs<\/li>\n<li>25 Merkins \/ run to 1st stop sign \/ 40 double count Freddy Mercs<\/li>\n<li>25 Erkins \/ run to 1st stop sign \/ 40 double count Freddy Mercs<\/li>\n<li>25 Dips \/ run to 1st stop sign \/ 40 double count Freddy Mercs<\/li>\n<li>12 Step Ups each leg \/ run to the 1st stop sign \/ 40 double count Freddy Mercs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Track<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lap 1 Corner 1:\u00a0 25 WWII Sit ups<\/li>\n<li>Lap 1 Corner 2:\u00a0 15 Crunchy Frogs<\/li>\n<li>Lap 1 Corner 3:\u00a0 20 Freddy Mercs<\/li>\n<li>Lap 1 Corner 4:\u00a0 20 Flight Attendants<\/li>\n<li>Lap 2 Corner 1:\u00a0 25 Heels to Heaven<\/li>\n<li>Lap 2 Corner 2:\u00a0 15 Side Crunches &#8211;
