5 Pax enjoyed a lap around Hanes Park and it went something like this:<\/p>\n
YHC likes to start with a short mosey to get the blood flowing before warm-a-rama so we started our trip around the park moving clockwise and stopping at the benches near the corner of Northwest and Glade.<\/p>\n

We then continued our lap stopping at the hill behind Wiley.\u00a0 YHC Instructed the Pax on a set of 11’s.<\/p>\n
1 Squat at the top of the hill, 10 burpees at the bottom.<\/p>\n
2 Squats, 9 Burpees and so on.<\/p>\n
Next up, the chin up bar area.<\/p>\n
5 sets of 5 pull ups followed by 10 Merkins<\/p>\n
YHC intended to our next stop to be behind the baseball field for 7 layers of Dip, but that spot was taken.<\/p>\n
We found the next best option at the Poke restaurant where we found a wall for the dip portion.<\/p>\n
7 double count dips bertween – Erkins, Merkins, Derkins, Squats, Pickle Pounders, Monkey Humpers and Lunges all done to a 10 count.<\/p>\n
Our last stop was the play ground below the Intimidator.<\/p>\n
We started with Reverse Rows on the swings beginning with 25 followed by a lap around the playground then 20 RR with a lap.\u00a0 This was repeated all the way down to 5 RR.<\/p>\n
