Mosey through the neighborhood, making stops along the way for 10 jump squats & 10 merkins, alternating, and then both together at the entrance to Burkhead UMC.<\/p>\n
The lot at Burkhead is large and well-lit, but the journey to get there was a little dark…YHC admits to needing a headlamp to follow F3 (and common sense) safety protocols<\/p>\n
In the lot 8 was the number – there were 8 cones with an exercise at each, and the instructions were to complete 8 reps of the exercise at each cone before moving to the next one. The Q set a timer for about 22 minutes to give ample time to mosey home, and the pax set about the cones, to wit:<\/p>\n
We took a slow mosey home and had about 8 minutes remaining for popcorn mary, which included low flutters, WWIIs, penguin crunches, Freddy mercs, box cutters, Jane Fondas, low dollys, and a couple others that YHC cannot recall<\/p>\n

#kotters to Skybridge, who got his name from Dredd at F3 Metro around 5 years ago, and has posted one other time a few years back. YHC was misled and thought he was a FNG, but either way we were happy to have him out. He & his wife have a 2-3 month old daughter at home, and Greenspan put the EH on him. I don’t think those two things are related, but I put them in the same sentence regardless.<\/p>\n
Lace joined for Mary after showing up a few minutes late and finding the pax to have already vacated the premises. He got some mileage and pullups in, which sounds delightful to me.<\/p>\n
The Price is Right is DR from Raleigh & Cape Fear, his M was competing in the NC Swim & Run race at Hanging Rock State Park this past weekend. If you didn’t get to meet him, you missed your chance this time around as they are heading home today.<\/p>\n
The option to modify as necessary was not exercised today, despite many brutally tough options in the cards. Impressive effort by all.<\/p>\n
Greenspan was on a different level – YHC was struggling to keep up, but I seemed to still hear him complain a lot about the exercises.<\/p>\n
Some pax went clockwise around the cones, and others went counter-clockwise (contraclockwise?). This led to a lot of crossover, usually at the Flight Attendants station, and some delightful MC.<\/p>\n
Crash gave his stamp of approval on BUMC being within the AO boundaries. Just shy of 1\/2 mile from the launch pad.<\/p>\n
