first round have blockees as the third one opened – 21 reps out of the gate.<\/p>\n
exercises included irkins, derkins, squats, SSH, mountain climbers, burpees, blockees, burpee block jumps, skull crushers, curls, curl press, overhead press, low flutter, american hammer, chest press, lunges, x factor to name a few.<\/p>\n
continue to pull paper and return paper for 30 mins.<\/p>\n

the pax broke the one rule — put the paper back into the bucket.\u00a0 due to the litter we had to clean it up.\u00a0 and the best way to do that…….Hoovers (think partner wheelbarrow and DB drills combined to get the nice lines and make sure nothing was missed).<\/p>\n
