It was a lovely morning at the most historic AO in all of Dashpax-land.\u00a0 A last minute call out from @RootCanal that a Q was needed, so YHC decided to be selfish and pick a spot close to home.\u00a0 Dusting off a previously used WIB is always fun.<\/div>\n

Cherry Pie rolled in first and looked like it was going to be just the two of us (building castles in the sky of course), which is really like 2 pax doing the same workout but no where near each other since CP would leave YHC in the tobacco dust early.<\/div>\n

But what to our wondering eyes did appear?\u00a0 It was Boo Boo easing in to the parking lot at 0530.\u00a0 In true Boo Boo fashion, he was unhurried getting out of his car and seemed curious why the Q looked impatient.<\/div>\n

          CP got in 5 laps + 2 stations – (but then CP went for a bonus burpee lap after COT)<\/p>\n

          Boo Boo and YHC got in 5 laps + 1 station<\/p>\n

          • Boo Boo is always the friendliest and most conversational of pax at a workout, always asking questions about “How’s your mama and ’em?”<\/li>\n
          • CP just got back from the funeral of his M’s grandfather who was a 2 star Admiral in the Navy.\u00a0 Service was in Annapolis with all the military trimmings to celebrate a life well lived in service of others.<\/li>\n
          • Boo Boo has issues when folks quit a XC team after their first meet<\/li>\n
          • Explained to Boo Boo that while the B in WIB does stand for bag, that does not mean the AO has to always be at a grocery store parking lot<\/li>\n
          • CP started changing up exercises, allegedly to accommodate some prescribed PT exercises, but don’t think arm swirly things are part of his regiment<\/li>\n
          • There was a rumor #’s were low because some pax don’t know where #TheEstate is, well boo hoo, learn your history (or look at the map and pre-blast that was created)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
