I decided to bring my dog this morning because she is lazy and wanted to see the work she could put in. And she had an absolute blast and made a new best friend in Picnic Basket.<\/p>\n

Quick mosey around the track then up to the pull up bars. We did an 11 ladder. 10 Pull Ups, then run down the hill and 1 Lt. Dan, back up for 9 pull ups, back down for 2 Lt. Dan. All the way until you flip flop. Picnic and Mint Jelly mostly hung out at the top, but MJ did find some food to scavenge at one of the trash cans so it was hard to tear her away.<\/p>\n
Then we mosied up to the benches by Reynolds for some 7 layers of dip.<\/p>\n
7 Dips, 10 Derkins, 8 Dips, 10 Merkins, 9 Dips, 10 Urkins, 10 Dips, 10 LL Set Ups, 9 Dips, 10 RL Step Ups, 8 Dips, 10 Peter Parkers, 7 Dips, 10 Sumo Squats<\/p>\n
Then we mosied down to the play ground. Here we did 3 sets of inverted rows on the swings with a lap in between each.<\/p>\n
Mosey back to start for Mary.<\/p>\n
10 Mutton Crunch on each side. 10 Heals to Heaven. 10 Penguin Crunch. And time!<\/p>\n
