Thank you guys for the support.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael Phelps<\/li>\n<li>arm swirly things forward\/back<\/li>\n<li>Abe V<\/li>\n<li>whirly with a clap<\/li>\n<li>toy soldier<\/li>\n<li>hill to nowhere 1\/2 up Bernie Sanders<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0burpees at the top!<\/li>\n<li>curls<\/li>\n<li>skull crushers<\/li>\n<li>squats<\/li>\n<li>jump squats<\/li>\n<li>WW II<\/li>\n<li>lbc<\/li>\n<li>merkins<\/li>\n<li>shoulder taps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thought it would be fun to let fate\/chance intervene. Set up 4 stations with two exercises. \u00a0Used the corn hole bags to determine which exercise you &#8220;got&#8221; to do. \u00a0Flipped the bag heads or tails style. \u00a0Then hit the hill to nowhere. \u00a0Lots of chatter during the workout. I was very nervous about doing everything perfect. \u00a0And I didn&#8217;t! However I had plenty of encouragement and support. As a result It definitely went better than I thought it would. Guess there was no reason for me to wake up every two hours last night.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prayers,<\/p>\n<p>for the young man that committed suicide from Reagan and his family<\/p>\n<p>for our extended F3 family members dealing with health concerns<\/p>\n<p>for all the children who are trying to navigate life in this current environment<\/p>\n<p>Most of us think we are in charge of our story. Turns out someone else is writing the script. \u00a0Stay positive have faith and always try.<\/p>\n<p>Id like to thank you guys for your support. Zima for being extra kind today!
