Schneider was not far behind YHC and the three of us went on a two mile sprint (for YHC anyways, not for TSC or Schneider&#8230;). We returned to find Sour Mash focused and ready for what was to come. Two others joined us and away we went!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama<\/strong><br \/>\nHillbilly x15<br \/>\nAbe Vigoda x10<br \/>\nSSHs x15<br \/>\nWhirly with the Clap x15<br \/>\nArm Swirly Forward x10 HOLD<br \/>\nArm Swirly Reverse x10 HOLD<br \/>\nOverhead Claps x10 HOLD<br \/>\nSeal Claps x10 RECOVER<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang<\/strong><br \/>\nMosey to the former site of The Distillery, the front parking lot of Clemmons ES where we would begin BLIMPS. Much like Sour Mash and his Dora workouts, YHC likes to run it back with a couple rounds of BLIMPS while mixing in additional Mary-like exercises along the way. It went somewhat like this:<\/p>\n<p>CES front lot: 5 Burpees and 10 Lunges (each leg)<br \/>\nMosey on street around to CES bus lot: 15 ISTs and 20 Merkins<br \/>\nMosey around perimeter of bus lot: 25 Plank Jacks and 30 Squats<\/p>\n<p>Knowing the history of things at CES, when a car pulled into the parking lot we were in, it was time to move to another location&#8230;so onward we went&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8230;to the Fire Department: 35 LBCs and 40 Freddie Mercs (each leg)<br \/>\nMosey to corner parking lot: 5 Big Boy Sit-ups (#crowdpleaser, no burpees) and 10 Lunges (each leg)<br \/>\nMosey to front corner lot of The Distillery: 15 ISTs and 20 Merkins<br \/>\nMosey in front of the church to back corner of back lot: 25 Plank Jacks and 30 Squats<br \/>\nMosey home for Mary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mary<\/strong><br \/>\nMutton Crunch x10 each leg<br \/>\nPenguin Crunch x15<br \/>\n60 Minutes had us do some stretching to close things out<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements\/Prayer Requests<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Shmed&#8230;50 weeks away.<\/p>\n<p>Sea Man&#8217;s grandmother is being moved to hospice and has been given about a month to live. Pray for her and her family in this time of transition and eventual loss.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><br \/>\nThis morning was one more morning of humidity before we get back to running-approved weather again! YHC is excited about running when the humidity isn&#8217;t 100%&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>T-Claps to Schneider and The Singing Cowboy for running a swift two mile EC with YHC. YHC was dragging, but we finished in a 9:53 pace&#8230;impressive for a group of slowholes. It has been a while since YHC has worked out\/seen TSC! Too long! TSC and YHC spotted a couple deer in the nearby woods, which got TSC excited about his hunting adventures this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Sour Mash was getting around gingerly after visiting Mickey Mouse&#8217;s house&#8230;didn&#8217;t realize the Mouse would have to resort to violence with Mash, but so be it. Hopefully the knee improves soon!<\/p>\n<p>Sea Man decided to open the workout up by taking his shorts off. Sour Mash never took his eyes off him when this happened&#8230;not sure what any of us thought. Disclaimer: Sea Man showed up to the workout with inside-out shorts.<\/p>\n<p>60 Minutes needed lots of stretching. I guess the 35 miles per week is beginning to wear on you! Stay healthy (and thirsty), my friend!<\/p>\n<p>1.39 miles covered according to YHC&#8217;s watch.
