Mosey to the bottom of the “P” to start the workout – marked by an X.\u00a0 \u00a0perform 5 burpees then run up robinhood hill to the entrance of the storage place.\u00a0 bear crawl DB drills through parking spaces.\u00a0 run to top of P marked by a square – perform 5 burpees, 15 merkins.\u00a0 Run to exit of storage place – marked by triangle – perform 5 burpees, 15 merkins, 25 squats.\u00a0 \u00a0run back to bottom of the P and repeat till time.<\/p>\n
nut punch – there are 2 large logs at the bottom of the P.\u00a0 if you are the first one to finish the burpees, carry the larger log for your lap.\u00a0 if you are second to finish, carry the other log.<\/p>\n
0615 – there were 8 super sweaty men walking back to The Fresh Market complaining about everything.<\/p>\n

HOG crushed it.\u00a0 took off.\u00a0 said hello every time he passed us.\u00a0 he’s an animal.<\/p>\n
VG also crushed it – he grabbed the large log several times and made it look easy.\u00a0 and trust me, the large log was heavy.\u00a0 miserable heavy.\u00a0 and it doesnt have handles (which HOG pointed out).<\/p>\n
Root acted like he was hurting and struggling.\u00a0 but he continued to ask to carry something and pushed us all this morning.<\/p>\n
Drip stopped smiling.\u00a0 it was for 8 seconds.\u00a0 but i knew that meant it was a good workout.<\/p>\n
Palin is a social butterfly.\u00a0 thankful he was there this morning.<\/p>\n
Zima pretended to be winded.\u00a0 thanks for making us feel good.<\/p>\n
Razzie never complained and just got after it.<\/p>\n
the hill up robinhood was killer.\u00a0 the bearcrawl DB drill burned out the shoulder and legs.\u00a0 then the reps of burpees, merkins, and squats really added up.<\/p>\n
