It was muggy and humid as all get out this morning at WIB, but that didn’t stop 7 HIMs from coming out to Whitaker Square and getting after it.<\/p>\n
YHC was excited to get back in the Q chair for the first time in a long time, hopefully the proceeding beatdown was sufficient for all assembled.<\/p>\n

Today’s WIB consisted of 5 Stations. 4 Regular Stations and 1 Suprise station<\/p>\n
PAX would begin by completing 5 reps of each exercise at Stations 1-4 and would increase reps by 5 with each iteration<\/p>\n
Station 1: Wide Merkins , Jump Squats , Freddie Mercs<\/p>\n
Station 2: HR Merkins, Bonnie Blairs , Full Ext Crunch<\/p>\n
Station 3: Diamond Merkins , Sumo Squats , Penguin Crunch (Cheesesteak Style)<\/p>\n
Station 4: Mike Tysons , Alt Lunge , Heels 2 Heaven (Zima Style)<\/p>\n
Station 5: BURPEES!!!! (At the end of the first lap, complete 6 burpees and increase by 2 with each iteration)<\/p>\n
We all completed the first lap together and then the PAX were turned loose. And when I say “turned loose” I mean, 6 PAX proceeded to watch Cherry Pie get smaller and smaller as the morning wore on.<\/p>\n

Cherry Pie, as previously stated, left us all in the dust and made everything look easy. Per the usual. What an animal.<\/p>\n
YHC initially tried to shift back and forth between the groups completing their laps around the lot, but it didn’t take long for me to, unintentionally, find myself at the back of the pack. Mutton, Dr Toot, and Boo Boo were busting it all morning and it was all I could do to keep them in my sights.<\/p>\n
Was great seeing everyone and getting to catch up with Bam, who recently dropped off one of his 2.0’s at the finest university the world has ever known, Appalachian State. Cherry Pie will follow suit later this week when he takes his oldest to a vastly inferior institution, Furman.<\/p>\n
If Cherry Pie did any talking this morning, it was to himself. Nobody was close enough to hear anything he might have had on his mind.<\/p>\n
The MC between the remaining Respects was, as you might expect, interesting. To say the least.<\/p>\n
Back in April, Greenspan Q’d a horrendous beatdown at Iron Throne, at which YHC sustained a pretty nasty back injury that kept me on the IR for a while. Unfortunately and unintentionally, YHC returned the favor to Greeny this morning. Prayers up for a quick recovery.<\/p>\n
