We went for a short mossy to get 2 cinder block to carry around rest of the morning. We carried the cinder blocks back to where we started, but if anyone dropped the blocks everyone had to do 5 burpees. No one did. We got back I showed them the 6 workout starting, 5 burpees spots to stop and do OYO 5 burpees, and one station for 30 WW2. Thank picked the WW2s, he said he needed to workout his abds. He did not ask how many we&#8217;ll be doing at one time. After everyone completed the station twice, they ran over to carry a 70lbs bucket or 2 cinder blocks for about 60 steps\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Everyone carried the 2 \u00a0cinder blocks, about 60lbs for 1 mile, did\u00a0135 burpees, and 150 WW2.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Dr. Toot said his hand last all grip strength from carrying the 2 cinder blocks.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Honey Badger ask who was the person the picked the WW2s, he did not want to do anymore.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Fender as always, lead the Pax making everything look easy.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>As I write this backblast, I&#8217;m trying to figure out what category to put it under. For I did not lead Alcatraz, Android did, but it was in the same location. I think I should do a uncategorized Alcatraz category.
