BBBC occurred again today, Friday July 16, 2021.<\/p>\n
Routes where given and the 4 horseman launched from the sex lot on two different missions.<\/p>\n
Team #1: Schneider and Sea-man – These gentleman tackled the 3.88 mile loop around the Clemmons Hospital down Harper to the Y and back down Village Point to the sex lot.<\/p>\n
Team #2: Sour Mash and Harden – Today we completed a “Speed Run” (Keep your snickering or jeers to yourself). This included a 5-minute warm-up, 8 1 minute intervals (at 5k pace or better) alternating with 1 minute of rest walking, concluded with a 15 minute cooldown walk around the hospital.<\/p>\n
Progress was made by all.<\/p>\n
