Gas Pumps<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>MARY.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LBCs<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>DONE.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>ANNOUNCEMENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Green Acres has the Purgatory Q on Saturday.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Good blood drive last weekend.\u00a0 23 people, 22 pints.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shmedfest: August 27-28.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NAKED MAN MOLESKIN:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As not to break the apparently unwritten rule of F3, we did NOT workout until the end of the 45 minutes.\u00a0 We ended early so nobody got their panties in a wad.\u00a0 We certainly did not want to push ourselves any longer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No legs were harmed in the execution of this workout.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Everyone finished 4 complete rounds, which equaled 16 cones.\u00a0 That equals 136 merkins and a crapload of other exercises.\u00a0 The reps were getting a little out of hand by the end and if the PAX had started another round, I think the Q would have probably called an Omaha.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As with most \u201cfrog boils\u201d, the beginning of the workout flew by, but then it came to a grinding halt during the 3rd and especially 4th rounds.\u00a0 When the weighted reps got into the 20s, fatigue really dictated the pace!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>PRAYERS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Giles and his M.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jazzy and his wife.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Argyle took us out.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WARM-O-RAMA.
