Pain Station 3:\u00a0 30 reps of the following – Alternating Shoulder Taps )double count) – Side Lunges – Juanitas<\/p>\n
Pain Station 4:\u00a0 40 reps of the following – Merkins – Squats – Mutton Crunch (20 each side)<\/p>\n
Between each station was approximately 150 yards of running.\u00a0 We made 3 full laps starting at Mayberrys, running by Ski and Tennis and back around Publix.<\/p>\n
It was hot and it was humid, but the Pax stayed together and pushed one another all morning.<\/p>\n

\nMy brother in law, who has Myeloma, had to go back to the hospital two days ago.\u00a0 He is waiting to begin a T-cell therapy, but was feeling awful.\u00a0 Turns out, he has Pneumonia.\u00a0 Since when is Pneumonia a blessing!\u00a0 After a day of anti-biotics, he is feeling much better and best of all, his blood counts are hanging in there so he is still on track to begin this therapy in 2 weeks.\u00a0 This has been going on for nearly 10 years and this new therapy is his best hope.\u00a0 Please keep Mark in your prayers.<\/p>\n
