The 6 o\u2019clock beatdown has proven useful for some PAX who cannot attend the 7 o\u2019clock, as well as adding additional level of difficulty to regularly scheduled beatdowns at 7. PAX have doubled down to SuperMax and travelled to all 3 AOs afterward so far this year\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since our beatdown was traveling, a \u201cChoose \u00a0Your Owen Adventure\u201d theme was adopted.<\/p>\n<p>PAX could choose from more reps or more distance\u2026 easy enough right?<\/p>\n<p><strong>CoT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mission Statement<\/li>\n<li>5 Core Principles<\/li>\n<li>SSH x 15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Copperhead Squats x 15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Mosey to the Track<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Thang<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the second corner\n<ul>\n<li>Burpees x 5 OYO<\/li>\n<li>Ranger Merkins x 5 OYO<\/li>\n<li>Bootstrap Squats x 5 OYO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Run a lap<\/li>\n<li>At the start of your next lap, Choose your own adventure:\n<ul>\n<li>Add 5 reps to each, OR<\/li>\n<li>Add an additional Lap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Repeato\n<ul>\n<li>PAX choice remains and accumulates further each round<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CoT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prayers for Snapchat and his family who lost his 36 year old brother earlier in week she too complications from heat stroke.<\/li>\n<li>Prayers for Red Baron traveling to the beach after the workout!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great crew at 6.<\/li>\n<li>We acknowledged the great weather before start only to wind up complaining about it a few minutes later on the track.<\/li>\n<li>Palin opted for more miles, getting in over 3.5 miles, and up to 20 consecutive reps once.<\/li>\n<li>Crash opted for more of both, getting 3 miles and up to 20 consecutive reps a few times.<\/li>\n<li>Red Baron and YHC opted for reps, increasing every time but once to get up to 30 consecutive Reps per round, getting on 115 reps of each, and still getting over 2.75 miles in.<\/li>\n<li>MC consisted of discussion on upcoming races, heart rates (RB and YHC both got one 180), poor choices in posting, and weekend plans.<\/li>\n<li>Crash would end up staying for the 7 o\u2019clock worth YHC; Palin would later return with his 2.0, Mark; and Red Baron was headed to the beach afterward!<\/li>\n<li>Strong work all around, and a great group of guys to hang out with!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See y\u2019all back at our regular AO next week for a Turnover Q!!<\/p>\n<p>Van Gogh<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the 4th of July Weekend, with many PAX traveling, and all Saturday AOs converging the choice was made to carry the SuperMax torch to the Mothership.
