#TheEstate #Gonetoosoon<\/p>\n<p>Having hosted WIB&#8217;s at this AO before with only 3 pain stations, YHC decided to modify and offer 4 stations!\u00a0 #crazy<\/p>\n<p>Pax were gathered when YHC arrived as well as some FiA cars in the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>0530 struck and it went down something like this:<\/p>\n<p>Reps per exercise = 10 on first lap and add 2 for each subsequent lap<\/p>\n<div data-pm-slice=\"1 3 []\" data-en-clipboard=\"true\">Station 1: Parking Lot<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Merkin<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Squat<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>LBC<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Station 2: Circle by Boat House<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>CDD<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Lunge<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Peter Parker<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Station 3: By Bridge<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Wide Merkin<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Side Lunge<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Freddie Merc<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Station 4: Bottom of Hill<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Diamond Merkin<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Calf Raise<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Heels to Heaven<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All pax got to at least 16 reps and Cherry Pie got to 38 reps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pax were bewildered at the lack of official warmup exercises, YHC used lap one as our warm-o-rama, I think they bought it<\/li>\n<li>Root Canal had a #CodeBrown\/#pulledaWhirley around lap 2, he could be seen frantically moving from tree to tree, avoiding poison ivy.\u00a0 The rain and humidity provided good cover<\/li>\n<li>Picnic Basket helped Booboo and #the6 keep their form up, she doesn&#8217;t say much, but you don&#8217;t want to disappoint.<\/li>\n<li>Having a dog post to WIB, we believe is a first<\/li>\n<li>When FiA returned from their run during out COT, pax made sure to have no contact and generally ignore their existence per &#8220;The Nation&#8217;s&#8221;
