{"id":16046,"date":"2021-05-27T08:32:10","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T12:32:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=16046"},"modified":"2021-05-27T08:32:10","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T12:32:10","slug":"if-pt-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2021\/05\/if-pt-1\/","title":{"rendered":"If pt. 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The following excerpt from Rudyard Kipling&#8217;s amazing poem &#8220;If&#8221; was the utterance that distilled our fine Pax to their most fundamental elements this morning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you can dream &#8211; and not make dreams your master;<\/p>\n<p>If you can think &#8211; and not make thoughts your aim,<\/p>\n<p>If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster<\/p>\n<p>And treat those two impostors just the same;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Warm &#8211; o &#8211; rama:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH x 50 ic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The beatdown:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pax each took turns reciting the poem from memory.\u00a0 If they were successful, they chose the exercise; if not, 20 burpees for everyone.<\/li>\n<li>The final burpee count was a debatable 150.\u00a0 It might have been 170 or 190 for some.<\/li>\n<li>For the successful recitations we bear crawled with merkins for every parking space in the lot, some box cutters, lbcs, a run around the ao, some interesting protractor work, and more merkins,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No time for a formal Mary.<\/p>\n<p>CoT:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome to former FNG Silver Fox.\u00a0 He leads young men in an organization called Trail Life.\u00a0 Pax with boys should check it out if your into things like fishing, God and integrity.\u00a0 Strong work today Silver Fox!<\/li>\n<li>Superstar poetry memorizer, Crash!
