\nNo running this AO so wanted to alter grinder format. Break in groups of 3. 3 exercises per round with each pax starting with one of 3 and rotating thru all 3 before moving to next round. 1 exercise\/pax in each round required counting so the MC could flow.<\/p>\n

Schultzy was lightning fast with his AL Prom Dates and Pickle Pounders. Now we know what he has been up to these past several months at home.<\/p>\n
DQ wasnt a fan of YHCs writing on the cardboard but adapted to read my childlike handwriting.<\/p>\n
Ziggy gave up trying to read my handwriting and relied on pax to call the exercises. I think thats how everyone gets an A in his class. <\/p>\n
Schneider got a lesson in state abbreviations<\/p>\n
Mash muscled through some back pain and critiqued form while also forgetting how to count<\/p>\n
Crash lead his group of 3 which included BoPeep from out of town and Giles who is relatively new. Pretty sure Crash had to convince the 2 we arent all like this in F3WinstonSalem<\/p>\n
BoPeep and Giles were great additions this morning and hope to see them out again<\/p>\n
