{"id":15898,"date":"2021-05-14T13:13:13","date_gmt":"2021-05-14T17:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=15898"},"modified":"2021-05-14T13:13:13","modified_gmt":"2021-05-14T17:13:13","slug":"a-conspiracy-about-predator-movie-facts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2021\/05\/a-conspiracy-about-predator-movie-facts\/","title":{"rendered":"A Conspiracy about Predator movie facts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the threat of rain forecasted for YHC&#8217;s Q, I decided to promote a &#8220;tough&#8221; workout by claiming it was Predator themed, in hopes it would bring folks out looking to test themselves.\u00a0 Or something.\u00a0 Plus there are some pretty great quotes from the movie Predator.<\/p>\n<p>But I digress: 3 PAX were onsite already when I arrived talking about the seemingly self-made gas shortage developing in NC.\u00a0 Putting gas in plastic bags was severely frowned upon&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Warmara included SSHs, IW, Abe Vigotas all IC, plank with shoulder taps, mountain climbers<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the Intimidator<\/p>\n<p>YHC Called for BWIMPS, that&#8217;s BLIMPS with a substitution of WWII&#8217;s for Lunges.\u00a0 Still behind on the count for Burn&#8217;s 20210 challenge over here&#8230;\u00a0 YHC was disappointed that a few PAX didn&#8217;t even know what BLIMPS are, nevermind the substituted alternative that I just made up.<\/p>\n<p>For the masses: BLIMPS =<\/p>\n<p>B =Burpees<br \/>\nL=Lunges<br \/>\nI=Imperial Walkers<br \/>\nM=Merkins<br \/>\nP=Plank Jacks<br \/>\nS=Squats<\/p>\n<p>Count of each exercise could vary but I&#8217;ve always done 5-10-15-20-25-30.<\/p>\n<p>Once all the confusion was out of the way, BWIMPS were done at each designated stop as we ascended the Intimidator: at the bottom, Jersey, The Forbidden neighborhood on the right, Carolina, and top at Glade (total of 5 stops).\u00a0 YHC gave the crew a rest by not immediately doing repeato at the top and at Carolina, but we got in 3 more BWIMPS by the time we reached the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the playground for some PT exercises YHC is supposed to do every day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inclined Alabama Prom dates (Glute bridge with feet elevated on the wall or benches)<\/li>\n<li>Calf raises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Broga facing East<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hand step ups on stairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey back to the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>Donezo.
