Time for the beatdown, ala a Singing Cowboy cardboard list of exercises-Burpees X5, LBC’s X10, Diamond Merkins X15, WWII’s X20, Plank Jack X25, Lunges X30, Merkins X35, Squats X40, Low Flutters X45 and SSH’s X50. Start with exercise #1, run to wall at end of lot, wall sit with 10 Jack Reachers and return. \u00a0Exercise 1 and 2, back to wall, wall sit, 10 Jack Reachers and return. And so on until time. Strong work!<\/p>\n

Upon seeing 5 Burpees and before hearing the plan, Lambchop said he could do 5 during a workout. \u00a0Cheesesteak customizes many exercises and it appears to make them more difficult! Hazer believed YHC was angry when he planned the workout, well it had been a long day! And Cheesesteak promised no Merkins at Mayhem.<\/p>\n
