After each exercise, we peered into the gloom for Cherry Pie. \u00a0With no sign of him, YHC made call to take the path back into Hanes Park that went by hill next to Wiley. \u00a0Still no Cherry Pie despite the wails of Pali screaming his name. \u00a0At this point, out of the blue appeared Buyout. \u00a0Now we were at 10.<\/p>\n
Right as we had given up on CP, he appeared in the distance and quickly caught up with the Pax. \u00a0From here we bypassed the pull up bars and headed for the Wiley bus lot for a quick set of ab exercises.<\/p>\n
After a quick 10 count, we proceeded under the rail road bridge and up towards RJR High School. \u00a0We made another quick stop and the Moravian Church for more ab work. \u00a0It is almost bikini season!<\/p>\n
Next stop was the RJR picnic are for 7 layers of dip.<\/p>\n
Now the real crowd pleaser as we proceeded to the back of Reynolds auditorium. \u00a0The Pax was instructed, in this order, to bear crawl, sprint, crawl bear, sprint, bear crawl, sprint to the top of the hill. \u00a0We started with 6 burpees at the top and one squat jump at the bottom. \u00a0We worked our way down with the burpees and up with the squat squat jumps totaling 7 at all times.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
