The Thang:<\/p>\n
The PAX were divided into 4 groups.\u00a0 There were 4 pain stations (chest; arms; legs; core – PAX did 15 reps of each of 4 moves and repeated until each song ended).\u00a0 Groups rotated clockwise between the stations at the conclusion of each song.<\/p>\n
The group at Station 1 had to name the artist and song.\u00a0 If correct, we ran a lap.\u00a0 If incorrect, another group could answer – if that group was correct, all PAX did 5 burpees.\u00a0 If that group was incorrect, all PAX did 10 burpees.\u00a0 The Q accepted some relatively non-specific answers, so there were no instances of 10 burpees.<\/p>\n
PAX circled up for some Mary at the end.<\/p>\n
