Pick a block or bricks and head to the #5 at the parking lot where we did BLIMPS (had not done these prior to a DQ beatdown at Purgatory a few weeks back)-a crowd pleaser.<\/p>\n

20 Skull Crushers OYO (blocks looked lonely-PAX disagreed)<\/p>\n
10 L Leg Step ups OYO<\/p>\n

Return blocks\/bricks<\/p>\n
Mosey back for quick Mary (10 of each) except as noted<\/p>\n
Mutton Crunch, Alabama Prom Dates, Gas Pumps, Freddie Mercuries, Low Flutters, LBC’s and 5 Burpees<\/p>\n

Rest for McHale-trouble sleeping recently, Organ Grinder as he starts back at work after his parental leave and YHC’s sister as she awaits biopsy results.<\/p>\n
YHC took us out.<\/p>\n
DQ was not thrilled that I followed his lead of using BLIMPS-something about the blocks being heavier than the rocks.<\/p>\n
Organ Grinder lead the charge throughout the beatsdown.<\/p>\n
Wobegan was quite but hit is hard.<\/p>\n
Disappointment that we got all the way to the wall but didn’t do anything once we got there, next time my friends, next time!<\/p>\n
Ziggy pushes himself each and every time-encouraging YHC on to do more.<\/p>\n
McHale has become a regular at Parliament, and by the way he was working you couldn’t tell he was sleep deprived.<\/p>\n
