It\u2019s been a minute since YHC made it to assault the urban-ness of downtown Dashland.\u00a0 It\u2019s mainly The Singing Cowboy\u2019s fault.\u00a0 He insists actually doing this F3 thing well and reaching out to YHC for some 1st<\/sup> and 2nd<\/sup> F on Friday\u2019s that usually involve running.\u00a0 Or he runs and I gasp for air and move along as best as possible.<\/p>\n

But, always love, 1) an excuse not to just run and 2) Qing downtown.\u00a0 The only downside was the new site Q couldn\u2019t make it!\u00a0 So, did some planning by looking up previous Q\u2019s and found one back at the original AO location.\u00a0 It was from September, but for some reason decided to do a theme around my alma mater\u2019s last National Championship in football.\u00a0 Who knows why, but seemed like just as good a time as any for it again!<\/p>\n

The plan is simple, since YHC is a simple man.\u00a0 Do each called exercise 34 reps.\u00a0 There were 6 different exercises for the morning, and pax would do 2 at each intersection.<\/p>\n

After the warm-o-rama, we got after it.<\/p>\n

    • When you look over at station 1 and appears that Snooki is doing diamond merkins for his 34, yeah<\/li>\n
    • The conversation turned to gardening (and stayed there) before the workout started.\u00a0 First with “help” for Burns greenhouse question.\u00a0 “Just wait until its warmer”<\/li>\n
    • It appeared all the other pax beside YHC have EXTENSIVE knowledge about all things vegetative: do you plant from seeds? How big do your parsnips grow?\u00a0 Egg plant, you are either pro or con, there is no in between.\u00a0 How many degrees will a bucket of horse piss raise the temp of your green house at night? When should you plant your sweet potatoes in time for a Halloween party? 5 sweet potatoes grow on one plant.\u00a0 Seriously, this group have some deep knowledge in this area.<\/li>\n
    • When they weren’t yammering on about yams, Lamb Chop barked at the Q “These exercises are getting old!”\u00a0 The Q reminded the whippersnapper, he’s not an “inch deep and a mile wide” kinda Q.\u00a0 Mostly because I can get distracted too easily.<\/li>\n
    • Evidently Snooki has difficulty with CDD.\u00a0 The only “difficulty” noticed was full range of motion and very slow and painful speed.\u00a0 Yeah, I got problems like that, too.<\/li>\n
    • It was good to have a fellow Dawg (and actual fraternity brother) Razzie in the pax to properly celebrate UGA this morning.\u00a0 He gave a lovely “Go Dawgs!” at the end of the workout.<\/li>\n
    • Evidently Root Canal hurt his hand sheering sheep or some nonsense, so he modified a lot.<\/li>\n
    • Drip appreciated the change of scenery as we moseyed through downtown a little bit.\u00a0 That kind of nuance comes with age that Lamb Chop does not possess.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
