Partner up for modified Dora. 50 burpees, 100 pullups, 150 Lt. Dan. One partner doing the exercise while the other partner runs to the basketball court, touches the end line, and then swaps out. We had to modify on the Lt. Dan to squats because others (looking at your Tigger and Van Gogh) were taking too long.<\/p>\n
Once completed, mosey to Von Gogh’s parking lot. Turns out this was no ordinary parking lot. It was a parking lot for a bus. So BIIIIIGGG LOOOONGGGG parking spaces. Bear Crawl diagonal, 1 merkin at the top, Crawl Bear the diagonal, 1 merkin at the bottom. All the way through which was 9 merkins (looking at your Turnover for keeping count (#2021challenge, #Turnovveriswaybehind). Next, Lunge Walk the diagonal, 5 merkins at the top, Reverse Lunge Walk the diagonal, 5 merkins at the bottom. Total of 45 merkins.<\/p>\n
Next, mosey over to some benches for some Derkins, Merkins, and Erkins. 1 Derkin, 1 Merkin, 1 Erkin. Round 1 complete. Go up to 4 of each for a total of 4 rounds. Michael Bolton decided to get smart with me, quote, “I wonder what number we are doing next” in a sarcastic tone. Round 5 was 10 of each exercise. Thanks Michael Bolton.<\/p>\n
Mosey back to start for Mary. Plank position. 5 Mountain Climbers. 5 Peter Parkers, 5 Parker Peters. Then three sets of 5 Merkins. Turnover, that is a total of 89 Merkins for the morning.<\/p>\n

There was little to no complaining this morning from this group of men. I was surprised. My normal workout locations have lots of complaining almost the entire time. Probably because I start it and make it socially acceptable, but everyone this morning was a champ.<\/p>\n
